Northern Thailand Adventure - 14 Day Trip

Went on the 14day northern Thailand trip and it was a great experience, the tribe stay and elephant sanctuary were such a special experience, our tour guide Arthur was amazing, spoke great English and was super friendly! After only a few days it felt like he was a friend showing you around rather than him working. He was happy to answer any questions and share his knowledge of the areas we visited and the local history. Always available to contact at anytime for anything, going out of his way to make sure everything went perfectly for you. Being my first group tour and visit to Thailand, I had mixed emotions. I felt anxious, excited and overwhelmed all in one. However, as soon as I met our tour guide, Arthur, my mind was put at ease! He welcomed my best friend and I to our starting hotel with open arms and has been supportive throughout the whole tour. Peanut was such an amazing tour leader and made the incredible experience even more unforgettable. He was always looking out for us while also making sure we had the best time. Everything ran so smoothly and was taken care of, and Peanut was very conscientious and careful with our food allergies which helped make everything stress-free. Where do I start? Our experience with true travels has exceeded my expectations. Myself and my boyfriend have never been on a group tour before so we were abit nervous to begin with. Once we met Arthur our nerves were immediately gone as he was so welcoming & kind. Throughout the whole tour Arthur was there for us to answer any questions & calm any worries. He was so knowledgeable & thorough with all information he gave on our day trips. Every day was so much fun with Arthur as he was always so enthusiastic & excited!! My husband and I joined Arthur’s group for our honeymoon. Arthur was very knowledgeable about where we were going, was friendly and made the trip very fun. He went over and above to ensure everyone had a good time and felt like our guide but also another friend in the group. He was keen to share his knowledge but also to learn things from all of us. I had a great time in the northern Thailand, I got very lucky with meeting a great group who made the experience so much fun but very lucky to get Smile & Fah as our guides. If you get Smile as your tour guide- you will have the most incredible experience of your life! The tour itinerary is so much fun- great mix of fun activities, evening drinking, and chill time!
