Manasalu trek is restricted trekking trail of the Nepal. Mount Manaslu (8163m) is the eighth highest mountain in the world. Manaslu is standing isolated and yet in the very centre of Nepalese Himalayas. Trekking in Manasalu offers you to explore the majestic height and exceptional views of glorious Mount Manaslu. The low-to-high range of altitudes presents such varied flora and fauna and mostly a wide cultural spectrum which includes strong influences from Tibet mixing with typical and diverse Nepalese culture and ethnicity.

Day 1 : Arrival To Kathmandu
Location: Kathmandu

After arrival in TIA, Kathmandu, you will finish your custom formalities. Our representative will be waiting for you with nameplate in his hand. He will greet you and transfer you to hotel. You will get briefing regarding your itinerary. Have luxurious stay overnight.
Day 2 : Drive To Machha Khola
Location: Machhakhola, Soti Khola
Accommodation: Lodge, Homestay

On the Second day, we will drive to Soti Khola to Machha Khola. Sometimes, we will drive up to Soti Khola and trek to Machha Khola to Jagat. But nowadays, we will drive directly to Machha Khola. We will drive by Public Express bus and Private Vehicle. Normally it takes 8 to 9 hours to drive.
Day 3 : Trek To Jagat

Crossing the Machha River, we will reach Khorlabensi. Passing through the paddy field, we will make it to hot spring known as Tato Pani. The water from Tato Pani is believed to cure skin disease. From Tatopani, we will follow the path through forest and arrive at a new suspension bridge. We will cross the suspension bridge and arrive at Dobhan. Walking above Dobhan village, we will arrive at scenic Jagat village.
Day 4 : Jagat To Philim (1700M) 5 Hrs

We need to show our trekking permit to the officials at Jagat. We will follow the stone steps to river and then climb to Salleri. We will enjoy the view of Sringi Mountain (7190m) before making it to Sirdibas village. Passing along local water-mill, we will arrive at Philim. The Headquarters of MCAP is located in Philim. Stay overnight in Philim.
Day 5 : Philim To Deng (2095M) 5 Hrs

Leaving Philim, we will walk through farmlands to Ekle Bhatti. The trail continues through tapered gorge and waterfall. We will cross the suspension bridge over Budhi Gandaki River and head north to Nyak. The route is scenic with views of Ganesh Himal IV Mountain. We will cross Deng River and reach Deng village. Enjoy views of Ganesh Mountain, Dwijen Mountain and other mountains and stay overnight.
Day 6 : Deng To Namrung (2900M) 5 Hrs

We will follow the downward path from Deng before taking ascending trail to Rana. Walking through forest area, we will reach Bihi Phedi. Enjoy the view of Kutang Himal. A sense of Buddhism can heavily be found in this area. Cross Serang River and climb to Ghap. Brief walk through the stone steps from Ghap will take us to Namrung where we will stay overnight.
Day 7 : Namrung To Samagaon (3500M) 6 Hrs
Location: Samagaun Guest House, Shyala mount view

Leaving Namrung, we will walk through Banjam village to Lihi (2920m). We will visit local monastery, we will follow the scenic path with picturesque view of Simnang Himal (6251 m). We will cross the Tibetan village of Sho from where we can get first view of Manaslu Mountain. We will reach Sama Gaon village where we will stay overnight.
Day 8 : Acclimatization Day At Samagaon

This is rest day. Manaslu Base Camp and Birendra Lake are places of interest near Samagaon. We will reach to the cave located above 4000m. It takes full day to reach Manaslu Base Camp while trek to Birendra Lake can be completed in half day. Stay overnight in Samagaon.
Day 9 : Sama Gaon To Samdo (3690M) 3Hrs

We will pass through the pasture field and reach to the place that offers a scenic view of Manaslu Mountain. The journey continues to Samdo village (3860m). Samdo is a settlement built by Tibetan refugees. Samdo village is located near to Tibetan border. We will explore Samdo village and visit local monastery. Stay overnight in Samdo.
Day 10 : Samdo To Dharmashala (4450M) 4 Hrs

Leaving Samdo, we will cross a bridge and head west above Larkya Bazaar. Following the pasture land, we will enter forest of rhododendrons. The path offers views of Syacha Glacier and Manaslu Mountain. We will reach Dharamsala which is considered as the High camp for Larkya La pass. Stay overnight in Dharmasala.
Day 11 : Dharmashala To Bimthang (3590M) Via Larkya La (5220M) 8 Hrs

Leaving Dharmasala, we will climb Cho Chanda. After difficult ascend, we will reach to the top of Larkya La pass. The top of the Pass allows views of Himlung Himal (7126m), Cheo Mountain (6820m), Kang Kuru (6981m) and Annapurna II (7937m). We will lower down through moraines to Bimthang where we will stay overnight.
Day 12 : Bimthang To Dharapani

This is the final day you will be walking the trails of the Manaslu region. As you climb downhill, you will pass lush forests full of flora and fauna, including rhododendron bushes.
Walking back across the Dudh Khola, you will walk to Karche for lunch. In the next hour, you will see many signs of a glacial flood, with tree trunks smashed and banks undermined, the track becoming rough. And the trail drops to Gurung Goa, the first village since Samdo.
The valley becomes more agricultural and lush as you pass fields and copses of oak and rhododendron. Stay on the north (true right) bank until Tilije. From there, continue your stroll toward Dharapani.
Day 13 : Trek And Drive To Beshisahar
Location: Besisahar, Lamjung

A couple of our we will trek down and then drive to Besisahar by Sharing a Jeep.
Day 14 : Drive Back To Kathmandu

On that day, We will drive back to Kathmandu. We need 6 to 7 hours to get to Kathmandu.
Day 15 : Airport Drop For Final Departure
