As this was my first time on a group tour, intro have been amazing and so helpful all the way from airport pickups, to transfers and accommodation which was super helpful thanks to my group leader Liv. This was a amazing because I didn’t have to worry about anything and the group leader sorted everything out for me, including onward travel. My favourite part of the tour was Koh Phangan where we went island hopping, snorkelling, and a trip to the viewpoint. The accommodation at Koh Phangan was also my favourite place to stay throughout the whole trip as it was beautiful and all the staff were so nice, polite and helpful. We also did a Thai speaking class which really helped to me to interact with the staff at Sarana and they really appreciated this. I regret only doing the 9 day tour as I couldn’t get enough time of work but I would definitely use intro again when I go on my next travels.

My experience with Intro Travel’s Thai Intro 9 Day tour was phenomenal. We got to do so many activities while still having some free time to explore on our own. Every activity was perfectly timed, incredibly well done and organized, and all the leaders were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made sure every person had an amazing time. I was lucky to have three leaders instead of one. I would definitely love to travel with Intro again.

We done the Intro 9 day as a couple and didn’t know what to expect but it exceeded my expectations. A great way to experience what Thailand has to offer. The tour guide Ethan made everything a breeze. He was willing to help with any issues or questions we had. I would highly recommend this tour and especially Ethan, Top guy.

10000% recommend this if you love to see beautiful places with wonderful people and go on extremely well planned and unique adventures!! My best friend and I had an absolute blast meeting people from all over the world in our group and exploring a new country together. It was filled with awesome activities and culture. Also the food was incredible. Would highly recommend.

Jeremy was great! He had lots of energy and kept the group upbeat even in bouts of long travel. Great experiences of the nightlife, culture, food and activities through out this trip, and a good organized way to see different areas. There is literally something for everyone on this trip. Jeremy our leader was intuitive to everyone's needs and very welcoming. Definitely made life long friends on this trip! Accommodation were really nice and very comfy beds. Thanks Intro for the great memories!

We went to many beautiful places and experienced AWESOME activities on the Thai Intro experience! Khao Sok National Park absolutely blew my mind. It was like being on the set of Avatar, and we stayed on floating bungalows, explored the lake with kayaks and even spotted monkeys. What's better than nature and a good adventure? Definitely a highlight for me. We also got to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the beaches which was a plus. I was able to snorkel and see fish that I’d only ever seen in the aquarium and stand in awe at some stunning view top points. Ben, our tour guide, was humble and immediately our friend from the start. It was comforting to have such support when travelling to a foreign place. I never had any worries! Ben could not have been more helpful even booking our transport back to Bangkok after our tour ends. Intro goes above and beyond!

I just returned from Thailand with Thai Intro. I would absolutely recommend it! I met so many amazing people and really learned so much about Thailand with little culture shock, which I would have gotten if just went on my own. All the accommodations that were provided where top notch the group leaders were amazing! My favourite part was definitely going to Koh Sok national park and spending the night on the floating bungalows!

This trip has honestly been the most incredible experience of my life so far! From the moment you join working with Intro travel, they are there to support you throughout the trip. They're great at assuring you have the exact experience you are after. Our group was the perfect size for travel. Ethan, our group leader, made sure we had the time of our lives and was there to answer all my silly questions! Thai Intro was perfect for my first time travelling alone and experience a blend of the traditions and different cultures, something I doubt I would have been able to do if I had tried to organise this all on my own. I can’t thank Intro Travel and Ethan enough for giving me the best experience and I will definitely be booking another Intro trip in the near future!

I was so impressed with Jeremy and how enthusiastic he was right off the bat. He knew so much about all the places we visited and shared some fun facts, he was organized and ready for all our activities and you could see he really tried with every single person in the group. I would highly recommend Jeremy as a guide and Intro as team to travel with.

My overall experience was beyond amazing! Every single activity was planned out in great detail with lots of great opportunities to make lasting memories! I thoroughly enjoyed every single moment! I loved the tour so much I extended from 9 to 12 days! One of the main reason my experience was so great is down to the amazing leaders my group was blessed with! We had the fabulous Kelly from Vietnam for 9 days, we had some great laughs, she is just brilliant! We also had Brad from Vietnam for 12 days, he is super cool, so much fun, and super caring! Our overall leader was the legendary Jeremy W, seriously if you are going to Thailand, I pray you are lucky enough to get him as your leader! you will definitely have a blast! An experience like no other! He is one of a kind and absolutely rocks being a leader! He is a ball of energy and just a wonderful person to be around! I miss those three and my group so much already, I honestly had a blast! I can not wait to travel with Intro again in the future.
