Your journey will begin in Edinburgh, the Scottish capital, known for its medieval streets, ancient buildings, and bustling atmosphere. Visit Edinburgh Castle, where you will uncover thousands of years of history and take in the incredible views of the city. From there you will travel to Stirling, where you will visit the Wallace Monument, built in honor of the 13th-century hero William Wallace, and see the Blair Castle in Pitlochry before you explore Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. Explore Fort Augustus, a charming town in Northern Scotland, from where you will board your boat to Loch Ness Lake. In the morning after breakfast, you will depart from Edinburgh and make a stop along the way to photograph The Kelpies, massive sculptures of horse heads inspired by Scottish mythology. They symbolize the strength and beauty of horses, as well as their connection to water and land. Next, you will head to Stirling with its impressive historic center dominated by the great castle, one of the most important in Scotland. This castle has witnessed numerous historical events, including legendary battles and the coronation of several kings. The visit to the castle is included. You will continue north, stopping in Pitlochry, a picturesque town in the heart of Scotland, where much of the countrys whisky is produced. There will be time for lunch and a stroll. Continuing our journey north, we will stop at Culloden, the site of a pivotal battle in Scottish history against British forces which resulted in a decisive English victory. The battle had profound consequences for Scotland, leading to laws and policies aimed at suppressing its culture and traditions. In the evening, you will arrive in Inverness, the \"Capital of the Highlands,\" where its castle stands out. We suggest enjoying a walk along the banks of the River Ness and crossing the iconic suspension bridge.Overnight in InvernessNote: The visit to Culloden may be scheduled for Monday, depending on the time of year and available daylight.

Today after breakfast, a day filled with excitement lies ahead. You will journey through the hauntingly beautiful landscapes, forests, lochs, remote plains and fjords of northern Scotland. Our first stop will be the fascinating Eilean Donan Castle, a picturesque site located on the waters of the fjord (tickets included). Next, head to Fort Augustus to visit the sluice gate system, with time for lunch and a stroll. In the afternoon, we will travel to Loch Ness for an included boat tour on the lakes dark and mysterious waters. Afterwards, visit the medieval Urquhart Castle (admission included). You will arrive in Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, located at the mouth of Loch Ness. Here, we will visit a traditional whiskey distillery to learn about the process behind Scotland's national drink (admission and tasting included). In the morning after breakfast, continue enjoying a stage with gorgeous landscapes. You will continue to enjoy stunning landscapes throughout the day. Our first stop will be in Spean Bridge to visit a monument commemorating the Second World War. Next, you will stop in Fort William, a popular tourist center at the foot of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the United Kingdom. Then you will pass by Kilchurn Castle, with its beautiful ruins by a dark lake. Afterward, you will arrive in Inveraray, a picturesque historic village by Loch Fyne, featuring a large castle and peaceful streets. We will stop for lunch here. Then you will head back along the shores of Loch Lomond. In the evening, you will arrive in Glasgow, where you will have time to explore the center of this vibrant city.Overnight in Glasgow

What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
Changes to an existing reservation up to the Final Payment Date, whatever the cause, will incur a $100 per person amendment fee, potential loss of any supplier fees (such as non-refundable event tickets, park permits, and sea cruise reservations) plus any costs for replacement services. On/ after the Final Payment Date, the $100 change fee is no longer valid, instead cancellations terms apply.
