Day 1 : Nairobi – Mount Kenya

Location: Mount Kenya National Park

Accommodation Name: Sweet waters Serena Camp.

Meals Included: Lunch, Dinner

Pick up from your Hotel or Airport and after a short tour briefing depart and drive to Mount Kenya, Check-in at Sweet waters Serena Camp in time for lunch. Embark on our first bird-watching exercise in search of the Abbott’s Starling, Lesser Kestrel, Ayres’s hawk-eagle, African Crowned Eagle, African Grass Owl, Cape Eagle-Owl, Purple-throated Cuckoo-shrike, Long-tailed widow bird, Abyssinian Owl, Scarlet-tufted Sunbird, and Kenrick’s Starling. Dinner and overnight at Sweet waters Serena Camp.

Day 2 : Mount Kenya-Abaderes-Lake Bogoria

Location: Aberdare National Park, Lake Bogoria Spa Resort

Accommodation: Lodge

Breakfast, check out and drive via Thomson’s Falls, stopping briefly at Lake Bogoria to marvel at the Hot Springs and the Geysers and then continue and check-inn at Lake Bogoria Resort & Spar in time for lunch. Enjoy a guided bird walk around the resort with over 450 species of birds in search of the curly crested helmet shrikes, silver bird, grey silver-headed, Gery-headed bush shrike, northern masked weaver. Dinner and overnight at Lake Bogoria Resort & Spar.

Day 3 : Lake Bogoria-Lake Nakuru Park

Location: Lake Nakuru National park

After breakfast, leave for Lake Nakuru National park arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru National park is located on the floor of the Rift valley and its alkaline water attracts tens of thousands of Flamingos and other pelicans which make it an ornithological bird’s paradise. In addition to bird watching activities, the park hosts a Rhino sanctuary with both black and White Rhinos present. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

Day 4 : Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara Reserve

Location: Maasai Mara National Reserve

Accommodation: Camp

Early morning breakfast followed by a departure with Bird viewing en route to the exit. Drive to Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive & Bird watching in this wilderness. Dinner and overnight at Fig Tree Camp.

Day 5 : Full Day Masai Mara National Reserve

Location: Maasai Mara National Reserve

Accommodation: Camp

Spend the whole day in Bird viewing. Masai Mara is an endemic bird area with even the Seven globally endangered species which include the Madagascar Pond-Heron, Pallid Harrier, Jackson’s Widow bird, Red-throated Tit, Grey-crested Helmet-shrike, Corncrake, and Lesser Kestrel, 12 species of Cisticola, 53 birds of prey, Large numbers of Pale arctic migrants winter in the area including Caspian Plover and White Stork. Picnic lunch is served along the Mara River. Dinner and overnight at Fig Tree.

Day 6 : Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha

Location: Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha, a bird watcher’s paradise”. The lake has fascinating bird life of over 350 species. The lake is known for its high density of African Fish Eagles which nest in the surrounding acacia woodland. Grey-crested Helmeted-shrike, Basra Reed Warbler, Lesser Flamingo, along with large congregations of Red-knobbed Coot, African Spoonbill and Little Grebe also exists. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge.

Day 7 : Lake Naivasha – Amboseli

Location: Amboseli National Park

Accommodation: Camp

Accommodation Name: Amboseli Sentrim camp.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Early breakfast will be followed by a check-out from your lodge. Optional short visit to the towering cliffs of the hell’s gate gorge. Proceed with the drive to Amboseli National park with lunch en route. Evening game and birding drive. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sentrim camp.

Day 8 : Full Day Amboseli

Location: Amboseli National Park

Early morning game drive to view the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro and set off for a bird / wildlife drive. The majesty of this tropical mountain makes Amboseli an ideal photographer's haven by offering a spectacular background for wildlife and scenic photography. Amboseli boasts of a rich bird life, with over 400 bird species including the endangered Madagascar Pond-Heron, Lesser Flamingo, Lesser Kestrel, the Shoe bill and many more. All meal and overnight at Sentrim Camp.

Day 9 : Amboseli -Tsavo West National Park

Location: Tsavo West National Park

Accommodation: Lodge, Kilaguni Serena Lodge.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Early morning breakfast & check-out from your lodge. Proceed to Tsavo West arriving in time for lunch. Relax in the lodge. Afternoon birding drive / game drive. Tsavo West National Park has a prolific bird life & lies within the migratory routes of pale-arctic migrant birds. Over 500 species, inclusive of the African Fin foot, African Darter, Great egret, Saddle-billed Stork, White-headed Vulture, Martial Eagle, Violet Wood Hoop & many more. Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Serena Lodge.

Day 10 : Tsavo West – Nairobi

Location: Mzima Springs

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch

An optional early morning wildlife drive shall be scheduled before breakfast. Later check-out and proceed for our last game drive this time visiting the famous Mzima Springs to view the Hippos, Crocodiles and different types of Fish in crystal clear waters. Lots of bird life exists in this greenery location. More game viewing en route to exit from this park. Thereafter, drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon and drop off to your hotel/ airport.
