Day 4 : Caño Cristales Adventure – A Color Nature’s Paradise

The day kicks off with breakfast at La Manigua Lodge before heading out at a designated time (between 7 AM and 8 AM), assigned by Cormacarena and the National Parks authority. We begin with a peaceful 15-minute canoe ride on the Guayabero River, then continue with a 40-minute 4x4 journey into the Sierra de La Macarena National Park. Upon arrival at the park’s welcome center, we’ll stretch and get ready for a scenic 30-minute hike to the breathtaking Caño Cristales.
Once at the river, we’ll follow a specific trail chosen by park officials, based on current conditions and group fitness. During the next 7 hours, we’ll discover the river’s vibrant beauty, stop for a packed lunch, and enjoy a refreshing dip in designated swimming areas. To wrap up the day, we’ll head back to La Manigua Lodge for a relaxed cultural activity by the river, soaking in the tranquil views before ending with a hearty dinner.
Day 5 : Transfer to Medellín – Afternoon at Leisure
