Day 1 : ARRIVAL DENPASAR (40km – 1.5 hrs)

Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, the capital of Bali, the ‘Island of 1,000 temples’. Meet with your guide to transfer to your hotel in the Ubud area for check-in. Ubud is well-known as the art centre of Bali, geographically located in the heart of the island, and home of many famous artists, both native and foreign. Spreading its charm through art, especially paintings, a laid-back atmosphere can be found in every corner of this beautiful village. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 2 : UBUD – FREE AT LEISURE – LEGONG DANCE – DINNER AT CAFÉ WAYAN – UBUD (10km – 30 min)

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a morning free at leisure.
Kintamani & Tegalalang optional tour: After breakfast you are picked up to meet with your guide (pick-up at 09:00 hrs). Transfer to Kintamani to enjoy the spectacular views of Mount Batur with ribbons of black lava running down from peak into the valley below. The crater is holy and there is a sanctuary at the top dedicated to the fertility goddess. Lake Batur lies serene and shimmering against the backdrop of the mountains. The return journey brings us to see beautiful rice terraces at Tegalalang, followed by drop-off at the hotel.
In the late afternoon, your guide picks you up at the hotel. Proceed to visit Ubud Palace where you will be entertained by the legendary, classically Balinese legong dance performance, a refined dance form characterised by intricate finger movements, complicated footwork, and expressive gestures and facial expressions. The transfer is private and the performance is public. Afterwards, stroll along Ubud’s main streets next to the traditional market that lead you one of Ubud’s favourite restaurants, Cafe Wayan- featured in the movie ‘Eat Pray Love’- to savour a delicious Balinese dinner. After, transfer back to your hotel.

Day 3 : UBUD: BICYCLE TOUR (2 hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, your private tour guide and vehicle will pick you up from the hotel lobby and transfer you to Ubud’s town centre where your bicycle awaits to take you to explore the area’s peaceful surroundings. A safety briefing is conducted by your professional cycling guide, describing the route you will embark on. Set off on your two-hour cycling adventure through untouched rice terraces and villages dotted with traditional houses and temples. After the bike tour, transfer back to the hotel with a free afternoon at leisure.

Day 4 : UBUD: REVITALIZING MASSAGE
Location: Tirta Empul Temple, Celuk Village, Seminyak

After breakfast at the hotel, in the morning, your tour guide will pick you up to experience a Balinese Hindu cultural ceremony. Partake in a blessing and purification process at Tirta Empul Temple, famous for its holy water, where Balinese worshipers have been drawn to for more than 1,000 years. Here you will find a bathing pool of natural spring water decorated with ancient Balinese designs. Take a dip in the pool of natural spring water as the Balinese do to purify yourself. The guardian of the temple will then accompany you to present an offering at the main temple. Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, transfer to Celuk village and discover with a Balinese expert how to produce a piece of art through a silver making class. Upon arrival, meet with the artist, who will guide you through each step of the silver making production process, from the design to wearable art. With the 10 grams of silver that is included in the price, it is sufficient to create a gorgeous ring, exotic pendant or a pair if stunning earrings. At the end of this exciting hands-on day, relax over a cup of tea or coffee with Balinese traditional cakes. After, transfer to Seminyak area to check in and rest.

Day 5 : UBUD – SEMINYAK (34km – 2hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel and free time at leisure until check out time. You will be picked up at 12:00 pm for your transfer to Seminyak. You will arrive at around 02:00 pm for check-in and rest of the day at leisure.

Day 6 : SEMINYAK: LEISURE DAY
Location: Seminyak, Taman Ayun, Bedugul, Lake Bratan

After a savoury breakfast at the hotel, enjoy your day at leisure lying by the hotel pool, listening to your favourite music or reading your favourite book. Alternatively, enjoy an optional tour activity.
Royal Lake and Sea Temples optional tour: Your tour begins when you are picked up at 08:30 hrs from your hotel by your private driver-guide. Start with a visit to Taman Ayun, the Royal Temple of Mengwi. Built in 1634, this very impressive temple is Bali’s most sacred, surrounded by a wide moat which creates the sensation as if you are standing in the middle of the lake. From there, continue on to Bedugul. This pleasant mountain village is located on Lake Bratan and you will visit its botanical gardens and market. Due to its higher altitude and cooler weather, Bedugul is Bali’s agricultural centre for vegetables. Afterwards, enjoy a set menu lunch at a local private retreat which is now open to the public by the lake.

Day 7 : SEMINYAK: LEISURE DAY

Day 8 : SEMINYAK – KARMA BEACH WITH LUNCH – ULUWATU – SEMINYAK (45km – 3 hrs)

After breakfast at the hotel, start your day discovering fabulous beaches and a remarkable temple in the southernmost tip of Bali. Drive to Bukit, home of some secluded beaches and thrilling cliffs in Bali, attracting both surfers and non-surfers to visit the area. Enjoy the exclusive and spectacular view from the top of Karma Beach, from where you will take an electric funicular down to the private beach. Relax on the golden sand and perhaps swim in the azure waters (if water currents permit). Note: The Karma Beach activity includes entrance fee, a three-course lunch, one cocktail from the menu, beach towels, use of non-motorized gear, i.e. kayak and snorkelling equipment (based on availability). In the afternoon, continue the day with a visit to Uluwatu, an exquisite monument perched above the sea and situated on a headland at the westernmost tip of the peninsula. Afterward, drive back to to your hotel in Seminyak.
