All great and correct

Nice hotels and comfortable transportation that was more than punctual. Everything ran according to plan. I must say, though, that the itinerary involved a lot of transportation time and moving around. In retrospect, we would have preferred a tour with a more leisurely pace, but that's just us.

I really enjoyed my trip. It was my first through a tour company and I did not know what to expect. There was some confusion in the beginning about what was happening but it turned out great.

Everything about the trip worked out except for our pick up at the airport in San Jose. our flight arrived a little bit early and we waited for a half hour and did not find our transfer bus to the hotel. Come to find out it did show up later than we anticipated, but we had already left in a taxi to our hotel. It was provided according to the emails we received, but it was late. Someone should’ve checked that our flight was coming in early. All in all, everything ran pretty smoothly and our optional side tours were wonderful. The choices on this trip for side trips and activities were amazing! Even though the temperatures were very high, we enjoyed our night jungle tour! We saw kinkajous, a raccoon, scorpions mating, several tree frogs, three snake sightings, one of which was a poisonous viper, we saw a poisonous female bullfrog that was huge, several kinds of spiders, parrots and monkeys.
