See Ahute Pito Kura, the largest moai ever transported and erected on an ahu (stone ceremonial platforms). M/S Skorpios II: Please note that land excursions are designed for all levels of fitness, however one should be in suitable physical condition to fully enjoy the experiences. Onboard guides will provide further details on the recommended fitness level for each excursion so guests can choose the best option based on their fitness level. There will also be “wet landings” meaning guests will need to be able to jump in the water or onto a floating dock, out of the boats/zodiacs and walk a couple of meters on rocky and uneven terrain. Due to the remote nature of the Patagonia cruise, emergency medical services may not always be readily available beyond First Aid. Guests will be required by Chilean law, to acknowledge this via a signed affidavit provided by your Tour Director prior to embarkation.
