This option may require you to use ropes and navigate over rocks in order to reach the summit. It is more of a demanding hike and not possible for those with mobility issues. You will be transported to the activity via Zodiac.
Tucker Islets
Pia Glacier Behold the breathtakingly big Pia Glacier. Nestled between mountains and sea, it is located in an isolated corner of the Chilean Fjords. Hear it creak and crack as the ice moves, and perhaps see a large chunk calve from the frozen wall.
Pia Boulder or Pia Outlook Visit the huge glacier that lies in a fjord along the Chilean Patagonia coast. The best part is that you decide where you want to hike because it’s your choice! Traverse the Pia Boulders on a medium level hike for panoramic views of the glacier. Keep in mind that this terrain is more challenging than your average day hike -OR- travel on a different trail and venture on an easier hike towards the Pia Lookout where panoramic views of the glacier will greet you.

Glacier Alley
Cape Horn The southernmost headland of Tierra del Fuego, Cape Horn marks where the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans meet. The waters there are particularly violent and many sailors prefer to use the Strait of Magellan instead of the extremely challenging nautical route around notorious Cape Horn.
Wulaia Bay Enter this beautiful bay and see the historical site where the famous naturalist Charles Darwin ventured in 1833. The island, once traveled to only by Yamana people on canoes, is home to the southernmost aboriginal people in the history of the world.

This "Bay overlooking the West" is regarded as the southernmost city in the world and is part of the the Tierra del Fuego region. Bordered by sweeping mountains and the Beagle Channel, this former prison colony is a popular destination for people traveling to Antarctica and provides insight to the different people that settled here including the Yamana Indians and British missionaries.
Tierra del Fuego National Park Translated as the "Land of Fire", the Tierra del Fuego National Park is located on an island outside of the southernmost city in the world, Ushuaia. The name from the Spanish was a result of the first Europeans approaching the island and seeing the campfires along the beach of the local people. Originally settled 10,000 years ago, the site today is the terminus point for the Pan American Highway and the End of the World Train.
Tango Show The name of this dance comes from the Latin word for touch (tangere) and it originated along the banks of the Rio Plata in the region of Buenos Aires. The tango was included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists in 2009. It has European influences like Flamenco and Polka and also South American (Habanero) and African (Milonga). It became a separate dance form in the mid 19th century.

Can my children travel on tour?
Children over the age of 5 may travel on a Collette tour accompanied by an adult. Child land rates are valid for ages 5-12, sharing a room with two full-paying adults. Participation in any products that include Safari or Game Drive components, is limited to travelers aged 13 and up. This will include tours to Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa and India.

What is the difference between a twin room and double room?
In certain countries, hotel rooms tend to be smaller than U.S. standard accommodations. A double room is designed to accommodate two people, but may not have two separate beds. A twin-bedded room has two separate beds of any size, and is the type most commonly utilized.

Do I need a passport?
Government-issued ID is required for all air travel. A valid passport is required for all trips outside the USA. All passengers should check with the appropriate foreign consulate for entry and validity requirements. We recommend that your passport has six months validity, and at least 3 blank pages. Passports and visas are the responsibility of each client. International Borders. Any child under age 16 (traveling without a parent or legal guardian to Canada) must have written permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please be advised that if you have been convicted of an offense, or have committed a criminal act that is an offense under the laws where it occurred and would be an offense in Canada, you may be inadmissible into Canada. You will need to apply for a Minister's Permit of Approval of Rehabilitation at a Canadian Consulate. In South Africa, children are required to have a passport as well as additional documentation to travel with you into and out of the country. Is there a lot of walking on tour?
