Today, we'll transfer to Tayrona National Park to visit Neguanje Bay where you will take a boat to Playa Cristal where you will spend the day on the beach. We'll return to Santa Marta later today.

Today, you'll visit the small town of Minca - 600 meters above the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. We'll visit a local coffee farm to learn all about the process, then visit a very special draft beer brewery. We'll then visit Don Camaritas, famous for preparing the best sausages and smoked fish of the region before visiting the Waterfall of Arimaka for a swim. Once arriving in Minca, we'll take a short tour before returning to Santa Marta.
Day 3

Santa Marta - Lost City Trek, Colombia
Location: Santa Marta
Accommodation Name: camp
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Today, you'll be picked up and transferred to the small countryside town of Mamey. After lunch, you'll begin your trek to the exciting Lost City! Today, you'll trek for 3 hours and enjoy a meal by candlelight when you reach camp.
Day 4

Lost City Trek, Colombia
Location: Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After an early breakfast, you'll walk by the riverside of Buritaca River. Our trek during the day will take about 7 hours going through the jungle of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Day 5
:
Lost City Trek, Colombia
Location: Lost City
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Today, you'll begin the climb up 1,200 steps to our main destination - the beautiful Lost City! You'll hear about this magical place from your guide, and enjoy the landscapes and relax. Finally, you'll return to Camp 3 for lunch, and head back to Camp 2 for the night.
Day 6

Lost City Trek, Colombia
Location: Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Today, you'll make your way back through the jungle to reach Camp 1.
Day 7
:
Lost City Trek - Santa Marta, Colombia
Location: Santa Marta
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch
Enjoy breakfast and make your way back to the starting point, stopping at rivers and waterfalls to have refreshing breaks. You'll reach El Mamey for lunch and transferred back to Santa Marta arriving around 17:00hrs. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 8

Lost City Trek, Colombia
Location: Santa Marta
Meals Included: Breakfast
Wake up and enjoy breakfast before you check out of your accommodation. We'll transfer you to the airport in time for your flight out - happy travels ahead!

We organized a trip through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia on the hop-on, hop-off bus. It made the trip so much simpler for us as first-time travelers because we just had to send an email to arrange the bus, which avoided the hassle of looking for the best price and so on! We also had a number of tours included, they were all amazing and saved us the trouble of trying to find the best offers on our own; it also meant we got to see a lot of stuff we wouldn't have seen otherwise.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I will strongly suggest and use again!

I had booked our Uyuni Salt Flats & Desert Adventure 3D/2N (Uyuni to Atacama) tour via an Australian travel agency, but they had made an error and refused to assist us or take responsibility. This was very difficult for us because we wanted to have a stress-free honeymoon. I contacted Bamba and I asked if we could talk on the phone so they made the improvements to our tour reservation that our travel agent declined to make. The quality of service was exceptional and they generously offered to us a complimentary gift because it was our honeymoon. I can't say enough good things about Bamba.
