You will get picked up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi in the morning. Drive to Tarangire National Park, home to more than 300 elephants. This park is also well-known for its huge baobab trees. You can find he migratory wildebeests, zebras and bufalos on their journey to find drinking water. Enjoy your afternoon game drive and a picnic lunch on the way.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park - Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania

Location: Ngorongoro Crater

Accommodation Name: Heaven Nature Campsite

Tarangire National Park - Ngorongoro Crater (B/L/D)

Today you will wake up early and drive down the 600m high walls of the Ngorongoro Crater. Here you can marvel at the unique views of the high altitude rainforest that surrounds the crater's rim upon arrival. Views from the rim of the crater are spectacular! The crater has become a unique conservation area where Lion, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo roam in perfect safety. Overnight at Heaven Nature Campsite.

Day 3: Lake Manyara-Arusha, Tanzania

Location: Lake Manyara National Park

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch

Lake Manyara National Park–Arusha/Moshi (B/L)

After breakfast, head to Lake Manyara National Park. It is located within the Great Rift Valley and is famous for its tree-climbing lions. The park also provides perfect home to Tanzania's bird life, you can spot pink flamingos and more than 400 different species of birds. In the afternoon head back to Arusha/Moshi or Kilimanjaro airport.

No! Most of our bamba travellers fall between the ages of 18 - 35, but everyone is young at heart and welcome to come experience the world with us! If you are between the ages of 18 and 118, we invite you to travel with bamba and have the time of your life! Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?

Most of our trips cater to the adventurous independent traveller. In fact, many of our travellers arrive on their own and quickly find that they easily meet like-minded people along the way at their hostels, on transportation, or during activities.
Do I need travel insurance?

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip, especially when travelling in developing countries. Bamba does not include travel insurance of any type.Your current medical insurance may cover part of your trip, so it is important for you to become familiar with your current coverage. We recommend purchasing additional travel insurance that provides coverage for medical emergencies, emergency evacuation and repatriation, lost or stolen items and unforeseen cancellations. This was very difficult for us because we wanted to have a stress-free honeymoon. I contacted Bamba and I asked if we could talk on the phone so they made the improvements to our tour reservation that our travel agent declined to make.
