Requirements

Passengers should bring only soft-sided bags on safari. Passengers arriving to Kenya may be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate. Travellers’ cheques are generally not accepted in east Africa. US banknotes cannot be older than 2004 and must have the latest security markings (large portrait of the president). Sun protection, sunglasses, a hat and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.

Please Note

Day 1, the meeting point is at the lobby of your hotel in Mombasa at 06:55 am for South Coast hotels and at 05:45 am for North Coast hotels. Travellers are suggested to arrive in Mombasa the day before to reach the tour on time, pre and post-night are available upon an additional cost (optional extra)The walk up from Sheldrick Falls can be taxing for the elderly and should only be undertaken by clients who are physically fit. Clients who prefer to give the walk a miss will proceed on a short game driveDay 3, the drop-off is in Mombasa at 06:00 pm for South Coast hotels and at 05:00 pm for North Coast hotelsNo refund for unused services. It will be handed over to you on your return from the safari. Additional costs may apply to pick up drop off luggage at specific points
